Benoit FICHEUR joined Astorg in 2012 and is a member of the Investment team.

He has been involved in a number of transactions including Sebia and Gras Savoye.

Prior to this, Benoit founded Comptabis, a startup offering offshore accounting services, which he successfully sold in 2012. Previously, he spent 5 years with Cinven, where he was Principal.

He started his career as a Consultant with Bain & Cie in Paris and San Francisco, where he spent 3 years including a long-term assignment with the team dedicated to strategic due diligence for Private Equity funds.

Benoit graduated from HEC.


Mathilde DESANGES joined Astorg in 2013 and is a member of the Investment team.

She has been involved in several transactions including Sebia.

Prior to this, Mathilde was a Manager with McKinsey & Co in Paris for 6 years, where she primarily advised clients on strategy and performance improvement, mainly in the aerospace, energy and banking sectors.

Mathilde graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and HEC where she majored in Strategic Management.


Benjamin DIERICKX joined Astorg in 2010 and is a member of the Investment team.

He has been involved in a number of transactions including Megadyne and Metalor.

Prior to this, Benjamin spent 4 years with L.E.K. Consulting in Paris, where he specialised in strategic due diligences in the industry and professional services sectors.

Benjamin is an ESSEC graduate.


Marion ESTEVE GUILLEMAIN joined Astorg in 2012 and is a member of the Investment team.

She has been involved in a number of transactions including M7.

Prior to this, Marion spent 3 years with L.E.K. Consulting in Paris where she worked on several due diligence assignments in the industrial, energy and consumer goods sectors. During this period, she also spent 6 months at Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement (FSI) to assist investment teams in the strategic audit of potential acquisition targets.

Marion is an ESSEC graduate.
