French private equity specialist ASTORG Partners is pleased to announce the appointment Lorenzo Zamboni asDirector and the appointment of Sophie Pochard, Edouard Guigou and Anh Pham-Vu as Associate Directors.

Lorenzo ZAMBONI joined Astorg Partners in January 2010 from the buyouts team of 3i in Italy where heworked for five years on a variety of transactions across a broad range of sectors. Prior to 3i, Lorenzo workedfor several years with KPMG in Paris in their Transaction Services Department where he advised corporate andprivate equity funds in cross border transactions.

Lorenzo, 33, is a graduate of Bocconi University in Milan and Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Sophie POCHARD joined Astorg Partners in 2007 after four years with the French Equipment Ministry, whereshe headed a Department responsible for the monitoring and financial control of companies holding highwayconcessions. She also gained some experience in Strategy Consulting at BCG. Sophie has worked on theMetalor transaction, and currently seats on the board of directors of the company

Sophie, 34, is a graduate civil engineer from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausséesand holds a master's degree from the Massachussets Institute of Technology.

Edouard GUIGOU joined Astorg Partners in 2007 following an in-house one-year training period as JuniorAnalyst. He previously gained a first work experience with the Finance Division of the Treasury Department inLondon. Since joining Astorg, he has worked on a number of transactions including the Staci and OGFinvestments. He also actively contributed to the organization of the sale of Geoservices to Schlumberger.

Edouard, 30, is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Paris) and the ESCP-EAP Graduate School ofManagement (Paris).

Anh PHAM-VU joined Astorg Partners in 2009. He started his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain &Company in Munich where he spent two years. Subsequently, he joined Cinven in Frankfurt, where as memberof the "TMT" and "Industrials" teams he worked on the origination and execution of European LBOtransactions.

Anh, 31, is an ESCP-EAP graduate and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
